Orders
Our customer service is available from Monday to Sunday, for any information and advice when placing your order.
An advisor will answer your questions via our online chat, available at the bottom right of each page. You can also call us at +33 7 45 05 29 96, or write to us at bonjour@erevanparis.com
We strive to process every order as quickly as possible. Please allow one to three business days for your order to be shipped.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to make the desired changes before processing the order.
When confirming your order, in the "Order Notes" section of the cart, enter the name of your gift recipient, as well as the message you wish to include with the order. This will be handwritten on our dedicated cards decorated with the Erevan universe. By selecting this option, we will remove the receipt from the package, which will only be sent to you by email.
DELIVERY
All delivery times are given in working days from confirmation of dispatch. Please note that these times are indicative, and may vary during busy periods.
France :
• Colissimo : 2 to 3 working days
• Mondial Relais : 1 to 2 working days
Europe :
• Colissimo : 3 to 4 working days
World :
• Fedex : 3 to 7 working days
You will receive a delivery status update at each stage of the process: preparation of the package, shipping, in-process delivery, and as soon as the order is delivered. However, if a delay occurs, you will also be notified immediately.
You can also find this information in your customer area, in the “My Orders” section.
Be sure to provide all the information related to the address where you wish to receive your order, as well as the correct contact information. If it is a business location, please provide the name of the company that will receive your package.
If you think you will not be able to be there when your order is delivered, please make sure to provide the details of the third party you are entrusting with receiving the package in the delivery information.
Was your order not delivered within the specified timeframe? Please contact our Customer Service team, who will verify the delivery status with our service providers. However, Erevan cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package caused by transport or the company handling it.
Our Saint-Tropez boutique offers you the option to pick up your order placed on the site. If your order is confirmed before 7 p.m., you can collect it the same day. Proof of identity will be required for collection, as well as the order confirmation. If you would like someone else to pick up your order, please indicate their identity in the "Delivery" section.
For residents within a 15 km radius of our store, we offer local delivery, delivered to your home within one business day.
PAYMENT
We accept payments by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, and also payment in 3 to 4 installments free of charge via our partner Alma.
The Erevan website uses Shopify's payment encryption technology and 3D Secure to ensure the security of your payments. The padlock icon to the left of the URL also ensures you're browsing a completely secure site.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Within your Customer Account, you will find the following features:

- Make an appointment with your dedicated advisor in our Saint Tropez boutique.

Please contact our Customer Service via the email address provided in your Customer Account. Your account will then be deleted within 24 hours of your request.
SECURITY AND DATA
Erevan only uses cookies that are strictly necessary to optimize your browsing experience and process your orders, and are useful for studying the site's activity. However, you are under no obligation to use them to browse the Yerevan website.
You can update your preferences at any time by deleting cookies from your cache and history.
You have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning you at any time, under the conditions provided for by the law of January 6, 1978. To do this, simply send an email to bonjour@erevanparis.com and the necessary arrangements will be made immediately.

You can find us in our main boutique in Saint Tropez, located at 41 rue Gambetta. In addition to our timeless and seasonal collections, we also offer exclusive creations. Our team welcomes you from Monday to Sunday, with the option to schedule a personalized consultation session.
